The 2.8 Å crystal structure of the dynein motor domain

Before they had a 4.5Å structure and published in NSMB last year. Now they have a 2.8 Å structure, so they can tell now about nucleotide binding pockets.

This is the model of mechanism they proposed for the rolling this ‘cycle’.

Summary as a one line : You should try to crystallize really crazy things to publish a paper in Nature.
